If you are a NMF partner or partner organization, our Lake Bemidji and Lake Bronson Conference Rooms are available for you to rent.

NOTE: Due to recent policy changes, our conference center is no longer available for rent to the general public. This space is reserved for NMF partners and partner organizations. You are required to provide your NMF Authorizing Contact in the form below. If you are one of our partners, your authorizing contact will be your program officer, or your main point of contact at the Foundation.

Building Information & Hours
Monday – Thursday,
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Friday,
8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

NOTE: A $25 fee to open or close the building will apply if your event is outside of office hours.

Conference Room Details
Conference Room Capacity is 60 for both rooms or 30 when broken into two rooms.

Projectors are installed in each room; you must bring a personal laptop for use.
NMF provides access to coffee and water, free of charge.
User must leave room clean.
Staff assistance is limited.
